See us in the L.I. catholic MAUREEN'S HAVEN, Thanks to the enthusiastic support of the many volunteers and contributors of our homeless shelter program, we are pleased to announce that we will continue Maureen’s Haven in the Fall here at St. Agnes. Our 4th year will begin in November and once again, we will gladly accept all toiletries - travel-size shampoos, soaps, toothpastes and body lotions. Also razors, combs, dental floss and pocket Kleenexes. Donations may be left in the box at the front of the Church. Just to let you know- this past year the sum total of the 22 weeks was 611 guests! We are extremely grateful to all who assisted in making “Hotel St. Agnes” a safe place of warmth and comfort. The Coordinators of Maureen’s Haven. |
